1. Program Description

IDEnforcer operates an automated SMS notification service (“the Program”) on behalf of licensed venue operators (“Operators”). The Program sends transactional security alert messages to authorized personnel who have been enrolled by their venue administrator.

Messages are sent exclusively for operational security purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Notification that a person has been added to a venue’s ban list
  • Notification that a banned individual has been scanned at an entry point
  • System-level alerts related to venue security infrastructure

The Program is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to venue security operations.

2. Information IDEnforcer Collects

Collected at enrollment

  • Mobile phone number (required)
  • Name or role label (optional)
  • Date and time of enrollment
  • Enrolling venue’s identifier

Collected during messaging

  • Message delivery status (delivered, failed, etc.)
  • Timestamp of each message sent
  • Opt-out requests (STOP commands)

IDEnforcer does not collect: full name (unless voluntarily provided as a label), email address, location data, device identifiers, or any biometric information through the SMS Program.

3. How IDEnforcer Uses Your Information

Your phone number and associated data are used solely for the following purposes:

  • Delivering alerts: Sending SMS messages triggered by security events at your enrolled venue.
  • Program administration: Managing enrollment, processing opt-out requests, and maintaining accurate recipient lists.
  • Compliance: Maintaining records required by applicable telecommunications regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing delivery failures or technical issues with the SMS service.

IDEnforcer does not use your information for profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose outside the security alert program described in this policy.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

IDEnforcer does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your phone number to third parties for commercial purposes. Limited disclosures occur only in these circumstances:

  • Twilio (SMS delivery provider): Messages are transmitted through Twilio Inc., a third-party SMS gateway. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.
  • Venue Operator: Your enrollment information (phone number and optional label) is visible to your venue’s authorized administrator for roster management purposes.
  • Legal requirements: IDEnforcer may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Opt-Out & Your Rights

Reply STOP to any message. Your number will be deactivated immediately and you will receive one final confirmation message.

Reply HELP to any message for program information, or contact your venue administrator directly.

You may also request removal by contacting your venue administrator directly. Upon opt-out, your phone number will be marked inactive and will no longer receive alerts. Retained records of your enrollment may be kept for a limited period as required for regulatory compliance, after which they are permanently deleted.

Opting out does not affect any other relationship you have with IDEnforcer or your venue.

6. Data Security & Retention

Phone numbers and enrollment data are stored in access-controlled databases protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, restricted access controls, and audit logging. Transmission of messages occurs over encrypted connections (TLS).

Enrollment data is retained only for as long as you remain an active recipient or as required by applicable regulations. Upon opt-out or administrator removal, your number is deactivated. Residual log records are purged on a rolling schedule not to exceed 12 months.

7. Carrier Disclaimer & Message Costs

IDEnforcer does not charge recipients for SMS alert messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your SMS rates. IDEnforcer is not responsible for carrier charges.

Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and coverage. IDEnforcer cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances and is not liable for undelivered messages.

Compatible carriers include all major US carriers. This program is available to US mobile numbers only.

8. Changes to This Policy

IDEnforcer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS alert program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
