How Sub-processor Updates Work

📣
30-day advance notice
IDEnforcer will update this page at least 30 days before engaging a new sub-processor that handles personal data on your behalf.
⚠️
Right to object
If you object to a new sub-processor, notify IDEnforcer in writing at support@idenforcer.com within 30 days. If the objection cannot be resolved, you may terminate the affected services.
🔒
Contractual protections
Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations that are no less protective than those in the IDEnforcer Data Processing Addendum.

Services Not Classified as Sub-processors

  • Domain registrar: Manages domain name records only; no access to application or patron data
  • Code repositories: Source code management; no production personal data is stored in repositories
  • Business tools: Internal accounting, invoicing, and business operations tools that do not access patron scan data
