Cloud Only gives you the full web-based platform — scan IDs with your phone camera or a handheld scanner, manage watch lists, print badges, view analytics, and more, all from any browser. Bridge & Cloud adds the Bridge desktop app for Windows, which enables enterprise flatbed scanners (Thales CR5400, E-Seek M500), passport & military ID reading, UV/IR counterfeit detection, advanced OCR, and offline scanning with auto-sync. Both tiers include multi-venue network sharing for watch lists and ban lists.

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Choose annual billing to save — you pay once per year at a reduced rate.
For Cloud Only, all you need is a smartphone (for camera-based scanning) or a handheld USB/wireless/Bluetooth barcode scanner connected to any computer with a browser. No software to install. For Bridge & Cloud, you'll also need a Windows 10+ PC (64-bit) to run the Bridge desktop app, plus an optional enterprise flatbed scanner like the Thales CR5400 or E-Seek M500.
Both tiers parse AAMVA barcodes on all US driver’s licenses and state IDs. Bridge & Cloud also reads passport MRZ zones, military CAC cards, and performs advanced visual OCR for additional document types.
When you flag or ban a visitor at one location, that record is instantly available to every location in your network. Other participating venues on the IDEnforcer platform can also share alerts, so you benefit from a broader community-driven safety network.
Cloud Only requires an active internet connection since everything runs in the browser. Bridge & Cloud includes offline scanning — the Bridge desktop app stores scans locally and automatically syncs them to the cloud when your connection is restored.
IDEnforcer includes a dedicated law enforcement access portal. You control what is shared, and access is managed through verified law enforcement credentials. This helps your venue cooperate with investigations while keeping your data secure.
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. You can also pay by check — select "Pay by Check" at checkout and we'll send instructions. Auto-pay is available for subscriptions.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Contact us at support@idenforcer.com or call 317-376-8727 and we'll get you switched over.
