Use VisualSync when you want TVs, menus, and games at $25.00 per location. Use Bar Tracker Pro when you also need liquor audits, waste, vendors, and labor in the same tenant.

When both sides enable it, customer emails can import or export between paired products so outreach lists stay current.

Pair two products or all four. Each side turns inbound and outbound calendar sync on or off. Turn it on, save an event, and the others update.

In practice

A Friday night with the full stack

Same guest, four surfaces — no copy-paste between tools.

  1. Tuesday. You create “Live DJ — Friday” in IDEnforcer, set a Stripe ticket, and pin it. Sync pushes the flyer and date to MyClubVault and the TV calendar.
  2. All week. VIP followers see it in the app. House TVs run the event next to the drink special. Bar Tracker Pro already has the liquor par levels for the weekend.
  3. Friday, door. IDEnforcer scans the ID, checks bans, and takes the ticket. The guest is in the visit log and can join VIP with a QR if they have not already.
  4. Inside. VisualSync runs trivia or the Selfie Wall. Menus update from the cloud. Nobody reprints a poster because the calendar already moved.
  5. After close. Rewards and memberships stay on IDEnforcer. The next event is already queued on the phones and the TVs.
